Based in regional Victoria, GSI is an independent, non-bank financial institution offering Mortgage Finance and Investment Products to the public. 

Established in Bairnsdale in 1970, through the confidence and trust of the people of Gippsland, GSI has grown to become a regional success story, with six GSI locations throughout the region, from Warragul in the west, to Orbost in the east and our head office located in Bairnsdale.

With over 40 years of successful operation, GSI is proud to have fostered close relationships with the communities in which we operate, not only in a commercial sense through the funding of many commercial, residential and rural developments across the region, but direct community assistance in the form of financial support to a range of local educational institutions, health services, charities, community festivals, the arts and a wide range of sporting pursuits.
